# 4, Working on it! Drafting and timeline
I'm working on a major update to the program. This update is aiming to introduce the initial goal of a draft comparison view. I'm really excited about this, and feel that I'm moving closer towards a solution. It turned out that the real trick was to figure out how to properly and cleverly save the data for the texts, so that drafts are kept over time and tracked properly in the scribe files.
Once this is made, you'll be able to increment your text by drafts. The idea is from left to right, have the older draft next to the current editing version of the text. To help you compose the text without feeling you are removing things you don't want to forget. The long term prospect of Scriptorium Prime is to become a little workshop (a scriptorium) for the texts and writing you put all so much effort into. It's a true art to write properly, and I want Scriptorium Prime to move towards becoming the best tool for this noble craftsmanship of word smithing.
I hope I'll be able to launch the major update in the coming week :)
