Bug fix: Assing an 30FPS cap

I noted that the program put an unnecessary load on the computer when idle. This was due to an unlimited frame rate, so it would max out the FPS as much as the system allowed, with the result of draining the GPU. Now the program got its frame rate limited to 30-FPS making it much kinder on your computer when running.

It's recommended to download this latest version of the program to ease up on the drain of your computer resources. If you are using the itch.io client, remember to always back up your @generated_image folder, if you want to save the images before you update.
